Gear and Curvic coupling Field

High-speed gear of manufacturing technology development [1999~2001 year]
The SEOAM participated in governmental project of industrial base technology development with ChonNam university. The SEOAM makes effort of manufacturing technology of high quality gear of tooth’s gear design and manufacturing technology to cope with needs for high speed of gear and increase of applied product.
Substitute technology development of big and small forging steel material for gear’ s ADI material [1997~2001 year]
By collaboration with Korean Institute of Industrial Technology for new foundation’s government project, the SEOAM improves especially noise reduced big industrial gears which results in great manufacturing cost down with the aid of developing special gear material which has excellent reduction performance.
Reduction and Locomotive gear by tug train in Panama Canal development [2002~2005 year]
Gear domestic localization was realized by establishing reduction gear design and manufacturing technology. The SEOAM developed locomotive gear by tug train in Panama Canal, and it is now recognized by its excellent gear technology of high precision and abrasion resistance.
Turbo compressor gear development [2003 year]
By developing super speed, low nose, and low vibration demanded high speed gear, the SEOAM has established manufacturing technology of high precision and high speed gear. The SEOAM serves customer with high brand image with superior technology.
Wind generation gear development [2007 year]
To cope with increasing needs for environmentally friendly wind power energy actively, the SEOAM has successfully developed gears for wind power generator. The SEOAM is doing its best to be a world best company in global marketing based on parts localization and manufacturing technology.
Marine engine gear development [2006~2007 year]
Localization of marine engine gear was successfully developed through research activities, and the quality with gear manufacturing technology was already approved based on classification society. Reliable excellent quality products have been verified in domestic or international markets.
Curvic Coupling having small numerical tooth [2000 year]
As the leader of localization development of core machinery parts of curvic coupling to angle distribution device, the SEOAM successfully developed small numerical tooth which coincided with usage condition. Through this the SEOAM leads price competitiveness of applied products.
